Housing sales in India's seven major cities rose 3% year on year to 1,00,220 units in July–September 2026, up from 97,080 units a year earlier, according to data from property consultant Anarock released on 28 September 2026. The value of sales rose 2% to about ₹1.55 lakh crore, from ₹1.52 lakh crore.

Supply and prices
- Developers launched about 1,14,320 units in the quarter, 18% more than the 96,690 units launched a year earlier.
- Anarock said average residential prices across the seven cities rose about 7% year on year.
