No fuel without vehicle pollution papers in Haryana’s NCR districts
A directive issued by Haryana transport commissioner and secretary Atul Kumar on September 30 stated that as per the Commission for Air Quality Management’s (CAQM) direction number 101, the “no PUC, no fuel” rule will come into effect in the NCR with effect from October 1
